Pitched roof? Mounting Solutions’ PV assembly system is perfect for the job!

All our products have been developed for quality and ease of assembly. That also applies to our aluminium fastening systems for photovoltaic systems on pitched roofs. We have developed the ideal substructure for every roofing – from tiles to trapezoidal sheet metal to sandwich panels. Pre-assembled components facilitate quick and easy, as well as flexible assembly, even on steep-slope roofs. Our material of choice is aluminium. It is lightweight, immune to corrosion and temperature variations, plus it’s recyclable – ideal for a long life on pitched roofs. We support the design with our MoSo tool. This software can be used to create a report and parts list, as well as a verifiable structural analysis for each project – whether flat roof, pitched roof, carport, or greenfield.

Our PV assembly systems for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs

  • Can be mounted on aluminium and steel sheet roofing
  • Thin sheet metal bolts for chipless fastening of the trapezoidal sheet metal connector
  • Pre-assembled EPDM rubber for sealing between the roofing and trapezoidal sheet metal connector
  • The thin sheet metal bolts with hardened steel tips included in the set enable the chipless fastening of the trapezoidal sheet metal connector due to the material displacement
  • The module cable can be clipped directly to the trapezoidal sheet metal connector
  • Click clamps and clamps with threaded plates
